Paid Time Off (PTO)
Spectranetix Employees receive 15 days Paid-Time-Off (PTO) per year. This benefit is to be used for absences due to vacation, illness, or to attend to personal business. PTO accrues at the rate of 2.31 hours per week worked starting on your first day of employment. Every five-year anniversary with Spectranetix you will receive an additional 5 days of Paid-Time-Off.
Company Holidays (Paid)
Spectranetix employees enjoy 13 paid company holidays each year, including the Holiday Shutdown at year end. The Holiday schedule is distributed at the beginning of each year. Holidays are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, & Holiday Shutdown.
The Spectranetix 401(k) Plan offers the option to defer taxes on compensation. We have a company match equal to 100% on the first 4% of your contribution. Funds are invested with Vanguard. You are immediately 100% vested in the employee matching contribution. This match is funded at the time of each deferral, on a bi-weekly basis.
Employee Assistance Program
100% company paid Magellan Healthcare & Cigna EAP. All family members eligible for service even if not covered by any Spectranetix health plan.
Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance
100% company paid Principal Life Insurance. The benefit is 60% of pre-disability earnings up to $13,000/month. Eligible after the 90-day elimination period.
100% company paid Principal Life Insurance. One-time annual salary Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) $100,000 minimum – $250,000 maximum.
Voluntary Life Insurance
100% employee paid Principal Life Insurance. $10,000 minimum – $500,000 maximum insurance. $100,000 guaranteed issue; higher amounts subject to proof of good health Spouse and child coverage available upon employee enrollment.
Spectranetix pays 100% of your premium, as well as 50% of dependent(s) premiums. Cigna OAP Plan $1,000 annual deductible; $20 co-pay for standard office visit; 20% co-insurance after deductible. Cigna HSA Plan $2,300 annual deductible; $0 co-pay for office visit after deductible; 30% co-insurance after deductible. Kaiser HMO – California Only Option $0 annual deductible
Spectranetix pays 100% of your premium, as well as 50% of dependent(s) premiums. Point of Service (POS) Plan. Coverage for each service varies by the provider. Preventative care 100% paid for all levels. EPO Exclusive Provider Organization – $0 deductible, 90% basic care, 60% major PPO Preferred Provider Organization – $25 deductible, 80% basic care, 60% major Non-Network – $25 deductible, 80% basic care, 50% major
Spectranetix pays 100% of your premium, as well as 50% of dependent(s) premiums. Eligible for exam, lenses and frames every 24 months $10 co-pay.
